If you are using a browser other than MS Internet Explorer, try repeating the process (ie Windows update or Office Install) using IE. Note: One “fix” you can apply to all of these problems. NOTE: I would like to get screen captures of all of the error messages but I don’t have 365 so I fortunately don’t get to experience the joy of these errors. So, you will first have to save screen captures to a file on your HD or the internet, ie onedrive, before you can insert them in the discussion using the “Add Image” button. Use the “Add Image” button that is on the same line as the “Bold”, “Italic”, “Underline” feature buttons. In short form, the image must be in PNG, JPG, GIF, and BMP format. Instead you have to provide, in one form or another, a HTML link to a picture file that is available on the internet. The replies are HTML files, you cannot paste images directly into them like a Word DOC(X) file. The site owners have listened and made the process of posting images easier (but not easiest, yet).
